New Product Implementation Specialist

Shannon, Co. Clare | Permanent | Onsite

We are working with an established manufacturing organisation in Shannon to recruit a New Product Implementation Specialist to join its NPI team.

This is a cross-functional role working closely with Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Testing and Sales to support the successful introduction and implementation of new and improved products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compliant product documentation, including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.

  • Create and maintain product Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system for relevant markets.

  • Work with graphic design teams to ensure packaging content is accurate and compliant.

  • Liaise with international sales teams to coordinate documentation validation.

  • Assess and manage product change requests, timelines and implementation requirements.

  • Document and communicate changes to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support production teams with the rollout of changes and day-to-day queries.

  • Ensure documentation reflects relevant European standards and local legislation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies, Business & Law or a related discipline.

  • Hands-on experience supporting production operatives and technicians, ideally within electronics or high-volume manufacturing.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent written English.

  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Teams.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • Creative and practical approach to problem-solving.

  • German language skills would be an advantage.
