New Product Implementation Specialist

We are working with an established manufacturing organisation in Shannon to recruit a New Product Implementation Specialist to join its NPI team.
This is a cross-functional role working closely with Production, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Testing and Sales to support the successful introduction and implementation of new and improved products.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compliant product documentation, including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.

Create and maintain product Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system for relevant markets.

Work with graphic design teams to ensure packaging content is accurate and compliant.

Liaise with international sales teams to coordinate documentation validation.

Assess and manage product change requests, timelines and implementation requirements.

Document and communicate changes to relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Support production teams with the rollout of changes and day-to-day queries.

Ensure documentation reflects relevant European standards and local legislation.
Requirements
-
Degree in Business Studies, Business & Law or a related discipline.

Hands-on experience supporting production operatives and technicians, ideally within electronics or high-volume manufacturing.

Strong communication skills and excellent written English.

Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and Teams.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Creative and practical approach to problem-solving.

German language skills would be an advantage.
